At SouthTech, we only provide customized solutions for our clients.  However, here are some typical solutions based solely on size:

Level 1 (1 to 2 computers)
Remote support, In-shop support (By appointment only) or onsite support

Level 2 (3 to 7 computers)
Remote Support or Onsite report

Level 3 (7 to 15 computers)
Remote Support or onsite report with a contract based on estimated hours or based on historical precedence.  Customers with contracts receive preferential treatment in scheduling over other clients.

Level 4 (16 to 75 computers)
Managed service with monitoring software that anticipates failures before they cause downtime.  Resources set aside for IT projects to grow and manage you IT infrastructure. Scheduling preference over all other types of clients.
