SouthTech was fantastic right from the first phone call through to the service being completed! I couldn't believe I could get someone out to the house at a convenient time for me so quickly, and the guy who came out was very professional and easy to communicate with about what I needed done to my computer - even though I don't speak computer language at all! I will definitely recommend you guys to friends (actually I already have!) and will definitely use SouthTech if I need help again.

SouthTech launched our company website in April of 2005. The site gets a tremendous amount of traffic and makes my job as easy as answering the phone. I live on my own schedule now, customers come to me, I can't believe I waited so long to put up a website

My experience was very good. I received a quick response to my initial email inquiry and was able to set up an appt. for the following day. The technician arrived on time and was able to fix my issue within the hour. He also answered some other technical issues I had relating to my laptop, which was helpful. I would definitely use you again (and recommend you to friends), although I hope not anytime soon because that means I'm having problems with my laptop, again! Everything was handled well, and honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I have had since moving to Charlotte four years ago.

Would you please put a gold star in the Customer Relations column of Matt's employment file, or pay him a monetary bonus, or put his photo in a prominent place of honor or whatever your corporate reward practice is. He was courteous and pleasant even under repeated frustrations that had previously reduced me to swearing at the cats (who hadn't deserved it at all!!) and went far beyond what I'd have considered reasonable in trying to make the A7600GT card work on a system it just wasn't going to accept. Please recognize his efforts.

I would like to say thanks, for my experience with SouthTech was a standout. The service technician was on time! The job was done efficiently and effectively, and all the charges were reasonable. I must admit I started telling work colleagues and friends how happy I was not long after the work was done. I have never been one to send emails or letters of support, but in this case, I believe it was deserved. Thanks again.

Our network was having serious problems. 4 of our 7 computers had viruses and it was very difficult to process customers. I called SouthTech and by that afternoon everything was fixed and the tech helped to boost our security. -Very Pleased
